Our factory had moved to Qingdao,China on Nov.2003 from Seoul,South Korea for retrenchment of manufacturing cost, expanding factory facilities to 2500 SQM. We are using a systematic order processing system. Type and number of machinery are Assembly machine 8 units,Mold 40 units,Centrifuging machine 2 units, Air Comperssor 1 units, Refill Packing machine 2 units. Refill M/C 5 untis, Word printing M/C 2 units.Cap assembly M/C 3 units, Oiling M/C 1 unit, Welding M/C 1unit, Our production capacity per month for gel ink pen is 12 million pcs and for gel ink refill is 8 million pcs per month and the OEM capacity is 3 million pcs per month. shipping ports is Qingdao seaport ,China and inland transportation in China is also available on buyer demand. Cureenty we are exporting to world markets with OEM basis and with buyer logo & desighs. Various packing pattern is being used like pen set in a blister card or a hard pvc pouch as well as traditional dozen unit packing.. All orders are controlled by head office in S.Korea for timely delivery . Payment condition can be negotiated with us case by case upon buyer credit. Initial business starts with Basic tools of T/T payment, Check. , L/C ( at sight or usance ) , etc. If necessary, the Certificate of origin can be issued at Korea in spite of shipping ports of Qingdao China. Ocean B/L can be issued at Korea after shipping in China.
